Vacuum Tray Dryer is appropriate for drying thermal sensitive materials to ensure easy resolving, polymerizing and deteriorating under higher temperature. This can also be used to sterilize the materials prior to the drying procedure. Static vacuum dryer is developed for eliminating the arrangement damage of the drying materials to make them ideal to be used in chemicals, pharmaceutical, foodstuff and other sectors. It is used for highly toxic, heat sensitive and hygroscopic materials. Its safety features include vacuum relief valve, temperature controller, safety pressure relief valve, etc.

Construction:

Tray Dryer is a double walled unit mounted on a strong iron frame of whose inner and outer frame is made up of heavy M.S. Sheet. The outer frame is perfectly hammer tone painted whereas the inner chamber is painted with high temperature Aluminum Paint. The gap between the two walls in duly filled with optimum quality glass wool or ceramic blanket that eliminates thermal loss. Herein, the air circulation is regulated through heavy duty Blower having ON/Off switch. On the upper side of the oven, a ventilator is provided. This dryer is workable on single phase 220/440 volts A.C. supply.
