The mixer is equipped with a separate set of scraper to scrape the sides of the barrel and the mixing paddle can be added a scraper as well, so that it can scrape the bottom of the barrel and avoid dead corner to ensure the stability of the product.

The unit of vacuumed planetary mixer consists of Bowl SS Cylindrical bowl with Torri spherical dished bottom with inside surface polished to smooth finish. MS Jacket on cylindrical and Torri spherical area to operate on 3 Kg / cm sq. The machine consists of steam inlet and cold water inlet and has outlet connections with standard fitting like pressure gauge, vent cock, release valve and drain. The bowl is fitted with 3 castor wheels, two fixed and one swivel type. It is felicitous for performing vacuum applications. Suitable locking lugs for fixing bowl to the machine.
